About the role

Neovi Holdings builds prefabricated single-family homes in a controlled factory setting and delivers them ready to set on site. We're hiring a licensed Electrician with residential solar and Tesla battery experience to wire our homes and install solar-plus-storage systems as a standard part of every build. You'll handle electrical work on site, including final connections, solar and Powerwall installation, commissioning, and inspection. This role suits an electrician who wants repeatable, quality-controlled work instead of one-off field jobs.

What you'll do

• Perform residential electrical finish work on site: service panels, branch circuits, lighting, receptacles, and low-voltage wiring
• Install conduit, wire pulls, and pre-wiring for rooftop solar, battery storage, and EV charging so systems connect quickly after the home is set
• Install and terminate solar PV equipment, including inverters, combiner boxes, disconnects, and rapid shutdown devices
• Install Tesla Powerwall batteries, Gateway, and backup load panels, and commission them using Tesla's tools and procedures
• Complete utility interconnection work, including service upgrades, meter and disconnect configuration, and permission-to-operate support
• Read and follow electrical plans, load calculations, and single-line diagrams, and install to NEC and local code
• Test and troubleshoot circuits and systems, and document results
• Support inspections and resolve correction items quickly
• Work with factory crews and site supervisors to standardize electrical details across home models
• Follow OSHA, lockout/tagout, and arc-flash safety practices, and keep a clean, organized work area

What we're looking for

Required

• Valid state electrician license (journeyman or higher) or the ability to work under a licensed master electrician
• 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• Hands-on experience installing residential solar PV systems
• Experience installing and commissioning Tesla Powerwall
• Strong knowledge of the NEC, including rapid shutdown, energy storage, and interconnection requirements
• Ability to read plans and single-line diagrams
• Able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and climb ladders

Preferred

• Tesla Certified Installer status or Powerwall training
• NABCEP PV certification
• Master electrician license or solar contractor license
• EV charger installation experience
