Position: Electrician / Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical systems, equipment, and facilities of Makimura Ramen Corp. branches, commissary, and other company facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of wiring, lighting, outlets, circuit breakers, and other electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of kitchen equipment, air-conditioning units, plumbing, water systems, and other facility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns and facility-related issues promptly.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent equipment failure and minimize operational downtime.
• Respond to maintenance requests from restaurant branches, commissary, and office facilities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, maintenance activities, and materials used.
• Monitor the condition of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate with the Operations Department and other concerned personnel regarding maintenance schedules and repair requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Technology, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, or a related technical-vocational course with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical work, building maintenance, or equipment repair; experience in restaurants, commissaries, or commercial facilities is an advantage.
• We accept also High School Graduate but with atleast 3 years of experience.
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic plumbing.
• Familiar with the proper use of electrical tools, testing equipment, and maintenance materials.
• TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in electrical safety procedures and proper handling of maintenance equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing fieldwork and traveling between company branches when required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and emergency maintenance calls when necessary.
• Responsible, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Willing to be assigned to Makimura Ramen Corp. branches, commissary, and other company facilities as needed.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
