What they need
Responsibilities:
Escalates issues arising from the projects such as installation locations, mounting, wiring details and site condition.
Provides required reports and other documents needed as support for billing documents as needed.
Coordinates with the sub-contractors of the company for scheduling of activities required on the project.
Manages after sales service inquiries and requests from clients.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least vocational diploma/short course certificate or equivalent
- Knows how to read electrical plan
- Systematic, organized and can handle work pressure with minimal supervision
- with at least 1-2year experience in any related field
