Electrified Propulsion Components Calibration Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 【技术驻场岗位，非正编】 【stellantis上海：徐汇区古美路】 岗位：Electrified Propulsion Components Calibration Engineer Mission 岗位目标 Responsible for xHEV/BEV electrified propulsion component calibration and validation, with focus on plugin charging function and electric motor control.

Major Responsibilities 岗位职责 1、Receive and comprehend electrified component controller’s strategies, such as BMS, EDM, OBC-DCDC, EVCU/ZCU, TMS.

2、Development validation of electrified component, focusing on performance, dynamic behaviour and safety mechanism.

3、Analyse issues found in development and production, focusing on HW and SW adaptation and alignment.

4、Corporate with both HW and SW design teams for technical details, planning and other technical support.

5、Report to line manager and calibration team leader for work progressing, standard compliance and other daily tasks.

6、Present to manager for technical hardpoints, new conception/process, risk mitigation and key milestone events.

7、Contribute to team’s management, such as work standard/process, internal audit, health/safety, team building.

8、Participate hot/cold/altitude trips, charging validation fleet for functional validation in extreme conditions.

9、Onsite support and trip for internal and external customers’ requirements.

10、Generate innovative ideas as team’s intellectual properties.

Qualifications 任职要求 Education 教育背景 Bachelor or above, majoring in mechanics, energy and power, automation, computer science, material, electric/electronics and information

Work Experience

工作经验 ＞1 year or equivalent intern experience in automotive industries

Language 语言要求 Excellent in English speaking and writing

CET6 (＞500), ILTS (＞6.0) or equivalent

Technical Skills 专业技能 Basic knowledge of xHEV/BEV vehicles, especially electrified propulsion components.

Familiar with embedded software architecture and development process.

Soft Skills 软性技能 Technical mindset and strong logic thinking.

Communication skills and the willingness to be adapted to an international environment.

Resilient personality to work under pressure and difficult work environment.

Passionate interests in automobile industry.
