About the Role

As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in the lifecycle of complex systems by performing precise assembly, calibration, and troubleshooting. Your technical expertise will directly impact production efficiency and product reliability through meticulous testing and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Construct circuit cards and test cables by accurately interpreting technical prints and operational instructions.
• Optimize production flow by managing inventory levels and maintaining the Kanban visual management system.
• Drive operational excellence by actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Ensure data integrity by performing accurate system entries for all completed operations.
• Enhance team capabilities by training associates and documenting standardized processes.
• Streamline production schedules by identifying and communicating component requirements to planning teams.
• Maintain high-quality standards by troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical components to meet rigorous performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proficiency in soldering techniques aligned with IPC J-STD-001 standards.
• Strong ability to analyze and execute tasks based on complex wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Demonstrated experience using precision hand tools, power tools, microscopes, and electronic testing equipment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the assembly, testing, and repair of electro-mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent supplemented by technical trades training.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Current or prior IPC J-STD-001 certification.
• Proven track record of maintaining high attention to detail in quality-sensitive environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination.
