Electro Mechanical Assembler/Technician

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assemble parts according to assembly instructions / drawing with hand tools
• Assist in constructing instruments
• Ensure the assembly is good and met the quality level set up by the company
• Prepare cables assemblies and harness to connect electrical components
• Install firmware, drivers & apps
• Perform QC checks, trouble-shoot, run tests and software verification
• Provide production status and updates to Production Manager
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with short deadlines
• Self-motivated and a quick learner
• Highly organized and professional
• Ability to work well with others
• Other production related services
• Collect parts
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Good experience on using hand tools for Electro-Mechanical assembly
• Able to read and understand electro-mechanical assembly instruction / drawing
• Good time management and understand the importance of deadline
• Recognize the importance of quality
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Verbal Chinese (Mandarin) a plus
• 4+ years of Electro-Mechanical Assembly experience
