Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer & Document Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed electrical and mechanical designs, drawings, and schematics using AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks, and BIM software.
• Manage all project documentation as Document Controller — including drawing revisions, technical specifications, as-built drawings, submittals, and document tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform design reviews, ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian standards (MS, IEC, etc.), and coordinate with project teams and clients.
• Update and maintain document control systems, version control, and document registers.
• Support design modifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions for approval.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in electro-mechanical design and document control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks, and BIM (Revit or similar) is mandatory.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems design for buildings, industrial plants, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
