FIRST SHIFT ELECTRO-MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE

Milco Industries, Inc. is a privately owned and US based technical textile manufacturing company headquartered in Bloomsburg, PA. Our manufacturing capabilities include tricot and raschel knits which are dyed and finished to meet customer specifications. We service a variety of markets such as automotive, medical, home furnishings, and footwear.

Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Opening

We are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance person to support textile manufacturing activities. Individual must possess strong electrical/electronic skills and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot breakdowns and programming of PLC's, motor controls & VFD's. Welding, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry experience a plus. Individual must be able to work as a team in a faced-paced continuous improvement environment. Work schedule is Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. Salary commensurate with experience. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient use of basic hand and power tools required.
• Ability to perform responsibilities from Engineered drawings, blue prints, wiring schematics and bills of materials.
• Ability to climb to different heights and work at heights above waist level.
• Occasional heavy lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
• Good written and oral communication skills required.
• Basic math and problem solving skills required.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming for troubleshooting purposes.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Associate degree in electrical or electronics preferred
• Minimum of one year mechanical, electrical or related experience preferred.
