What they need

Day in the life

Your shift kicks off at 6:00 AM. You review the production job schedule, line up parts, and interpret schematics and blueprints to map out the day’s builds. You mount components, run conduit, route wiring to NEC standards, and verify every connection with your meter. Throughout the day, you log labor time and quantities in the ERP system, collaborate with your lead on priorities, and keep your station organized and safe. You wrap up by inspecting completed assemblies and noting any equipment issues that need attention.
