Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician

Location: Mojave, CA | Pay: $30.00 – $36.69 per hour (DOE)

Shifts available

• Weekday Nights: 5:00pm – 1:00am
• Weekend Nights: 5:00pm – 5:00am (Friday – Sunday)
• Weekend Days: 5:00am – 5:00pm (Friday – Sunday)

What you’ll tackle

• Service assets to spec—clean, lube, align, and calibrate to prevent downtime.
• Isolate faults through testing; repair systems and replace components as needed.
• Execute preventive/corrective maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform failure analysis and recommend design or process improvements to boost yield and availability.
• Author clear reports and maintenance procedures when modifications are made.

What makes you successful

• Comfort lifting 50 lbs on a routine basis.
• Open to overtime based on production needs.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical know-how in manufacturing preferred.
