Your mission

• Tackle diagnostics and precision repairs on electric, battery, and gas-powered machines—especially medium/large floor grinders, dust collectors, power trowels, and light compaction equipment.
• Be the go-to partner for the Technical Services team—evaluate issues, determine root causes, and recommend durable fixes.
• Restore customer-returned units to spec and functionality.
• Rework and upgrade in-stock equipment with modifications and retrofits.
• Engage directly with customers and field sales to guide decisions and timelines.

What it takes

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in assembly, service, and/or fabrication (preferred).
• Advanced training or technical schooling is beneficial.
• Comfort using PCs for diagnostics, service notes, and parts research.
• Sharp mechanical instincts and a quality-first mindset.
• Fluency with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings/schematics.
• Clear judgment, inventive troubleshooting, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Physical readiness to grasp, power grip, pinch, twist/turn; carry up to 75 lbs (including overhead); push; climb up/over/under; and reach around/under/over/above shoulder level.
