Electro-Mechanical Technician

**SHIFT: 2pm-10pm**

Job Duties

· At the full performance level, performs preventive maintenance, determines causes of operating problems, traces and locates defects, installs, and makes repairs to electrical systems (up to 480V 3 phase)

· Test components, assemble fixtures and measure product performance

· Organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects

· Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine how to assemble parts, machines, and other equipment

· Perform preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.

· Advise management on electrical safety

· Perform electrical work to relevant codes

· Ability to troubleshoot AC/DC motors and drives

· Troubleshoot PLC problems related to Siemens and Allen Bradley based systems. PLC Programming a PLUS

· Repair, rework, or calibrate hydraulic or pneumatic assemblies or systems to meet operational specifications or tolerances.

· Install electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.

· Align, fit, or assemble component parts, using hand or power tools, fixtures.

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

• East Stroudsburg, PA 18301: Relocate before starting work (Required)
