Electro Mechnical Engineer

● 7–10+ years of experience in new product development and manufacturing of large

electromechanical assemblies (e.g., electrical panels, integrated skids, box builds).

● BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

● Deep experience implementing PPAP, conducting SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request)

investigations, and managing supplier quality systems.

● Demonstrated mastery in developing design documentation (BOMs, drawing packages), assembly

testing, and optimizing manufacturing/assembly processes for cost and scale.

● Ability to lead without formal authority, removing "blocks" for the team and providing technical

mentorship to both internal peers and external partners.

● Extensive experience in the build, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage or high-power

electrical equipment.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills
