Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electro-Optical Systems Engineer based in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include developing and designing optical and electro-optical systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting advanced system issues, and performing system administration tasks. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system functionality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design for optical and electro-optical systems
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve complex system-related challenges
• Familiarity with System Administration principles for maintaining the integrity and performance of engineering systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years related industry experience and/or training to include aerospace & military defense applications is required
• Knowledge of optical measurement equipment, instrumentation, or system integration is a plus

Compensation:

• $120,000+ per year, depending on education and experience
