• Assist the electro polishing operator in daily production activities.
• Load and unload components on fixtures, racks, or baskets as instructed.
• Clean, rinse, and dry components according to the approved work instructions.
• Handle components carefully to prevent scratches, dents, contamination, or damage.
• Check components visually for visible defects and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper identification and traceability of components and batches.
• Ensure components are transferred to the next process using the designated trays or containers.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the electro polishing area.
• Follow safety instructions while working near chemical tanks, electrical equipment, and wet surfaces.
• Use the required personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed.
• Inform the operator or supervisor about chemical spills, leakage, equipment abnormalities, or unsafe conditions.
• Follow company procedures, quality requirements, and applicable safety rules.
• Assist in maintaining production records and completing checklists as assigned.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
