About Company

Company Description

From humble beginnings as a tug and barge operator, the Company has transformed into a strong regional player in the Offshore Support Vessel Industry. Starting in 1970 with a small fleet of wooden tugboats, the Company today is the industry leader in Indonesia and operates in over 12 countries, with Offshore Vessels equipped with the latest Dynamic Positioning 2 (DP2) technology. In over fifty year journey to become what we are today, Wintermar has demonstrated a proven ability to understand the changes that shape the offshore shipping business, as well as the capability to adapt by recreating our services in the light of these changes.

As a result, the Company has emerged from an extreme downturn in the oil and gas industry over the past few years with a stronger balance sheet and a leaner fleet, supported by shore teams that have been streamlined and reinforced. Having a strong focus on long term sustainability helps the Company focus on building strength in the most important aspects of our business and building value for all our stakeholders. In building strength through the challenges faced across the years, Wintermar has also built up an excellent track record and a long list of highly discerning multinational clients.
