Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans on ECG techniques, cardiac anatomy, and patient monitoring tailored for adult learners.
• Utilize educational technology tools to enhance online instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
• Incorporate adult learning principles to ensure content is accessible, relevant, and effective for diverse student backgrounds.
• Manage classroom environments or virtual settings to promote active participation, discipline, and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assess student progress through evaluations, practical assessments, and feedback sessions; adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Ensure curriculum compliance with healthcare education standards and regulatory requirements governing ECG technician training programs.
• Integrate computers and other educational technologies seamlessly into lessons to improve comprehension and technical skills development.

Experience

• Proven experience in performing electrocardiograms (ECGs) within clinical or hospital settings.
• Prior classroom teaching or training experience, preferably in healthcare or adult education environments.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for technical subjects.
• Strong understanding of educational technology integration for online instruction and remote training delivery.
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering inclusive learning environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations related to ECG procedures and technician certification standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining a focus on educational outcomes in both in-person and virtual settings.

Pay: $32.23 - $37.00 per hour
