Position: EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Engineer

Job Description

• 7+ years of experience in EMC engineering and compliance testing.
• Lead investigation and resolution of EMC compliance failures involving conducted/radiated emissions, ESD, EFT, surge, RF immunity, voltage dips, interruptions, and flicker.
• Develop EMC solutions using filtering, shielding, grounding, PCB layout improvements, cable management, and isolation techniques.
• Identify EMC risks through architecture reviews, schematic analysis, and PCB layout assessments, and drive corrective actions to achieve certification compliance.
• Perform EMC testing and validation using oscilloscopes and related equipment, supporting HVAC products, thermostats, and smart controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics.
