Position Summary

CBG Biotech is looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to help manufacture our industry-leading recycling systems. If you enjoy working with your hands, interpreting blueprints and schematics, solving technical challenges and seeing the results of your work come to life, we want to hear from you.

This role involves assembling, wiring, testing, inspecting, and documenting high-quality equipment while working closely with a team committed to safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

· Assemble, wire, and test solvent recycling equipment using blueprints, schematics, Bills of Material, and Work Orders.

· Build sub-assemblies and complete final solvent recycling equipment assembly while meeting production schedules and quality standards.

· Conduct quality inspections, record test results and ensure products meet company specifications.

· Safely operate hand tools, power tools, machinery and manufacturing equipment.

· Complete production documentation accurately and maintain required records.

· Support multiple operational areas through cross-training, including Shipping, Receiving, Quality Control, and other manufacturing functions.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements, including proper use of PPE.

· Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

· Participate in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

· Mechanical, wiring and electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

· Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment and meters.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

· Willingness to learn, cross-train, and contribute wherever needed to support customer demand.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
