Repair Technician

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify a Repair Technician for an opportunity in Oakdale, MN .

Responsibilities

· Diagnose, troubleshoot, clean, and repair electronic and mechanical healthcare devices.

· Operate common hand tools, test equipment, and diagnostic equipment required for device repair.

· Generate and process service repair documentation to maintain repair traceability and support customer invoicing.

· Prepare repair estimates, including service parts and labor costs.

· Maintain local service parts inventory in coordination with the Materials Control team.

· Operate a PC using Microsoft Windows and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for service-related activities.

· Collaborate with Customer Service, Depot Repair Technicians, and management to support effective service operations.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workcell.

Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

· Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic or mechanical devices preferred.

· Technical school training or experience in a technical field or industry preferred.

· Experience using common tools and test equipment.

· Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate repair documentation.

• Schedule: 1st Shift, Standard Business Hours
• Position Type: 1-year contract with possibilities of extension
• Pay range approved: $20-$22/hr depending on experience
