Compensation, Schedule, and Training

• Pay: $32–$37 per hour, with potential overtime
• Schedule: Evenings required for teaching; weekends off

What You Bring

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an electrical technician
• Pluses: Journeyman/Licensed Technician, NCCER Certified Instructor, or an associate/bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Communication: Clear, collaborative, and student-centered interpersonal skills
• Mindset: Patience, empathy, and a commitment to meeting learners where they are
• Availability: Able to teach evening classes
