Electromechanical Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electromechanical Engineer/Technician with strong manufacturing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, test, repair, and maintain electromechanical equipment and systems

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

• Inspect and maintain equipment using diagnostic tools/software

• Assist engineers with technical solutions and equipment improvements

• Support equipment installation, upgrades, rework, and repairs

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow SOPs, quality, and safety requirements

• Support IQ/OQ/PQ activities, audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Top Skills Required:

Electrical control circuits – 24VDC–480VAC

Instrumentation, VFDs, and Siemens PLC-controlled systems

Reading P&IDs and as-built drawings

Pumps, valves, piping, agitators/mixers, mechanical seals, bearings, and heat exchangers

Pressure vessels, storage tanks, and cooling systems

Preventive & predictive maintenance

GxP/GDP, SOPs, and manufacturing safety practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma + technical school certification, or equivalent experience/training

• Technical certification/education across multiple disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical/Controls, Pneumatics/Hydraulics, or related areas

5+ years of related experience with technical certification OR 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience without certification

• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on equipment repair experience

• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred
