Electromechanical Technician

• Equipment Installation and Maintenance
• Install, assemble, and commission production machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Inspect machinery to ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Replace worn or defective mechanical and electrical components.
• Troubleshooting and Repair
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system failures.
• Perform repairs on motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled and automated equipment as assigned.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Preventive Maintenance

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform lubrication, calibration, alignment, and equipment inspections.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and checklists.
• Recommend improvements to maintenance schedules and equipment reliability.

Electrical and Mechanical Works

• Repair and maintain electrical panels, motors, lighting systems, and wiring.
• Perform mechanical fabrication, assembly, and alignment of machine components.
• Assist in equipment modifications and upgrades.
• Conduct basic welding, fabrication, or machining work when necessary.

Utilities Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain plant utilities such as air compressors, water pumps, generators, cooling systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Ensure utilities operate efficiently and safely.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare maintenance reports and service records.
• Document equipment breakdowns, repairs, and replacement parts used.
• Report recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Update equipment maintenance history.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow company safety policies and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Ensure safe handling of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping in maintenance work areas.
• Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations.

Inventory and Spare Parts

• Monitor maintenance tools and spare parts inventory.
• Request replacement parts and maintenance materials when needed.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of maintenance equipment.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements to increase machine efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in equipment improvement projects.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Other Duties

• Assist during equipment installation and commissioning of new production lines.
• Provide technical support during production operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
