Electromechanical Technician

Requirements:

• Graduate of Electro-Mechanical or any related course.
• Preferably with a related TESDA NC II
• At least 6 months of experience in wastewater treatment plant operation.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor the wastewater treatment plant and its equipment.
2. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of submersible pumps, motors, blowers, dosing equipment, and other plant equipment.
3. Read and understand basic equipment drawings.
4. Monitor wastewater treatment processes and ensure proper plant operation.
5. Record daily operating parameters, equipment status, and chemical consumption.
6. Report equipment problems, process abnormalities, and other concerns to the Supervisor.
7. Prepare clear and accurate daily service and operation reports.
8. Maintain proper housekeeping and safety within the plant.
