What they need
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, HVAC Units, Fans, and compressors.
- Inspect and test electrical panels, circuits, and control systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Diagnose and repair faults in both electrical wiring and mechanical components.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery, electrical systems, and piping connections.
- Monitor generator sets, elevators, air compressors, and water pumps for proper operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical/mechanical codes.
- Coordinate with electricians, mechanics, and engineers during system upgrades or shutdowns.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
- Support energy conservation and safety initiatives in the facility
