What they need
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
- Test equipment and components to identify faults and ensure proper operation.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of renewable energy and related systems.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments safely and properly.
- Replace defective electrical and mechanical components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and supervisors to resolve technical issues.
- Perform other technical duties as assigned.
