Electromechanical Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, and machines.

• Monitors and adjust production processes and equipment for quality and productivity.

• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.

• Start up and shut down processing equipment/machines.

• Conduct specific preventive maintenance of machine and equipment in accordance with the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule.

• Assists engineers in maintaining over all functionality and efficiency of plant equipment and machinery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in BS Engineering or at least a TESDA certificate
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
• Open for fresh graduates
• Willing to render overtime if necessary and can work on shifting schedule
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Can work effectively with people at different levels
