Electromechanical Technician

Elixir Industrial Equipment, Inc. is looking for a skilled and reliable Electro-Mechanical Technician to perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical systems and can ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems and identify the appropriate corrective actions.
• Install, test, commission, and service industrial machinery and equipment.
• Conduct equipment inspections and diagnose faults to minimize machine downtime.
• Repair or replace defective electrical and mechanical components as necessary.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.
• Prepare maintenance reports and document completed service activities.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable workplace standards.
• Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and customers regarding equipment maintenance and service requirements.
• Perform other technical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical course.
• With 2–3 years of relevant work experience in industrial machinery maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, installation, and servicing.
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, mechanical components, and industrial equipment operation.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment schematics.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing technical and field service duties.
• Willing to travel or be assigned to client sites, as required by the position.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
