Electronic Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer with 5 years of experience in the textile industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, PLC systems, electrical control panels, and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical faults in production and utility equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance of industrial machinery.

• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems, electrical panels, sensors, drives, and control circuits.

• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of HT bleaching machines, tumbler dryers, Picanol looms, sizing machines, warping machines, and other textile processing equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems of utility machinery and associated equipment.

• Identify root causes of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical and electronic systems.

• Ensure proper functioning of motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and machine control systems.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.

• Maintain records of breakdowns, maintenance activities, and corrective actions.

• Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure compliance with plant maintenance standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.E. in Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical control panels, VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation.

• Hands-on experience in electrical and electronic troubleshooting of textile machinery.

• Ability to diagnose complex electrical faults and minimize machine downtime.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
