Electronic Engineer (OEM Project Direction)

Roles & Responsibility

• OEM Project Document Processing: Responsible for the review and conversion of OEM project production documents, focusing on checking BOM lists, Gerber files, PCB layouts and other production-related documents provided by customers, verifying the completeness, accuracy and standardization of documents, and identifying potential production risks.
• Document Conversion and Issuance: Convert customer input documents that have passed the review into production-usable documents (such as standardized BOMs, production Gerbers, process requirement documents, etc.) in accordance with internal company specifications, complete the internal issuance process, and ensure that the documents are accurately delivered to the factory to support the smooth progress of production.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Cooperate with hardware engineers and software engineers to optimize product performance, communicate with customers, factories and relevant internal departments, feedback document review issues, and coordinate and solve relevant technical problems in the process of document conversion and production.
• Test Environment Maintenance: Set up and maintain the test environment, proficiently operate test equipment (such as signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.), calibrate equipment regularly, and ensure the accuracy of test data and the efficient conduct of test work.
• Standardization Precipitation: Formulate and improve test specifications, OEM project document review standards and conversion SOPs, precipitate test experience and document processing experience, and improve work efficiency and quality; assist in the sampling inspection, document review and abnormal problem investigation during the mass production stage.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Microelectronics, Communication Engineering or related majors, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience (excellent fresh graduates can be relaxed, but must have relevant professional foundation).
• Document Processing Ability: Familiar with relevant document specifications for electronic manufacturing, proficient in reviewing production documents such as BOM lists, Gerber files and PCB layouts, with the ability to correct and standardize documents; priority will be given to those who understand the OEM production process.
• Equipment and Skills: Proficient in using test instruments (such as signal analyzers, VNA, oscilloscopes, etc.); have basic electronic circuit knowledge and be able to read hardware schematics; familiar with office software, priority will be given to those who can use Gerber viewing tools and BOM sorting tools; bonus points for mastering scripting languages such as Python.
• Qualities: Serious and rigorous work attitude, careful and responsible, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, good communication and coordination skills (able to communicate with customers, factories and internal departments), team spirit, ability to work under certain pressure, strong learning ability and execution ability.
