Electronic Security Service Technician

A leading security and life safety integrator is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, program, and maintain integrated security systems for commercial customers. This role involves responding to service calls, performing preventative maintenance, supporting small projects, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic security systems.
• Respond to scheduled, emergency, and after-hours service calls as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Program, configure, and support access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Complete service documentation and reports accurately.
• Assist with system upgrades, small installations, and customer support programs.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience servicing, programming, and integrating electronic security systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Working knowledge of networked security systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• CCTV: Milestone, Genetec
• Access Control: Lenel, Genetec, AMAG, Software House CCURE, S2
• Intrusion: DMP, Bosch
