Electronic Security Systems Supervisor

We are looking for an Electronic Security Systems Supervisor to join Anadolu Group's Operational Resilience and Crisis Management Team.

Job Description:

• Manage, develop and standardize CCTV/VMS, access control, alarm, perimeter security, license plate recognition and visitor management systems across Group companies and facilities,
• Coordinate the full project lifecycle for new facilities and renovations, from site survey to commissioning,
• Contribute to technical specifications, vendor proposal evaluations and budget planning,
• Monitor the performance of contractors and integrators against SLAs and contract terms,
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as video analytics, AI, biometrics and IoT, and lead pilot implementations,
• Take an active role in physical security risk assessments, audits and incident analyses,
• Support IT teams in ensuring security data is managed in line with KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and information security principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communications, Computer, Control and Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in electronic security systems and physical security,
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV/VMS, IP cameras, access control and alarm systems; solid understanding of network, server and storage infrastructure,
• Experience in project, vendor and maintenance management,
• Ability to read technical drawings and system architectures,
• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications,
• Analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong communication skills,
• Based in Istanbul, with no travel restrictions
