What they need
Yearly Profit Share Plan. Paid out the last 4 out of 5 years, including 22% on base and overtime wages in 2024 and 2025.
Performance evaluations are completed every 90 days and eligible for a pay increase based on performance at 90, 180, 270. The current maximum is $32.50/hour.
Summary Full-time 1st shift position.
Must be able to work overtime.
Applies knowledge of electrical theory, principles of electrical circuitry, electrical testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related educational training to lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic devices such as drives, controls, and circuitry.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Associates degree (AAS) in electronic or electromechanical technology from two-year college or technical school; and/or three years related experience are required.
Must be physically capable of occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
