Electronic Test Engineer

• Test PCB/controller assemblies after production.
• Test HVAC controllers for all functions and operating conditions.
• Test relay outputs, digital inputs and analog inputs/outputs.
• Test RS485/Modbus communication using tools such as ModScan.
• Test microcontroller-based controllers and identify PCB/component faults.
• Wiring verification
• Continuity testing
• Insulation/short-circuit checks
• Relay/contactor operation
• Input/output verification
• Functional testing
• Read electrical schematics and PCB drawings.
• Use multimeter, clamp meter, oscilloscope, DC power supply and other test equipment.
• Record test results and prepare testing reports.
• Troubleshoot failures and coordinate with production/design engineers.
• Perform final QC before dispatch.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
