Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer

Gauge Engineering Services is seeking Systems Engineers to participate in the development of cutting-edge electronic warfare systems.

Program Overview

Gauge Engineering Services is an established subcontractor supporting the development of Radio Frequency Distribution Systems for use in Electronic Warfare products.

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Required Clearance: Top Secret

Key Responsibilities

Drive RF and EW architecture, system design, integration, and verification for advanced payloads operating in hostile, spectrum-congested environments.

Perform system, subsystem, and component trade studies, technical performance measurements (TPMs), and Cost as an Independent Variable (CAIV) analysis.

Manage RF supplier technical requirements, including antenna specifications, link budgets, and transmitter/receiver performance.

Develop comprehensive test plans, execute lab/flight integration activities, and verify system requirements through deployment.

Required Skills

U.S. Citizen

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

5-9+ years of Systems engineering experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional engineering experience in RF design, Radar, or Electronic Warfare systems.

Demonstrated working knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements generation to formal verification.

Familiarity with Electronic Attack (EA) and Electronic Protection (EP) techniques, EMI/EMC mitigation, and digital signal processing.

Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS

Ability to work in a team environment

Experience working with Model-Based Systems Engineering products such as CAMEO and SysML
