We are looking for a PCB Assembler to join an established electronics manufacturing business based in Worthing.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience assembling electronic components and PCBs, with strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and solder PCB components to a high standard
• Read and work from assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Hand solder through-hole and surface-mount components
• Carry out visual inspection and basic testing of completed assemblies
• Use hand tools and electronic assembly equipment safely
• Identify defects and ensure work meets required quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous PCB, electronic or electrical assembly experience
• Good soldering skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and willing to learn new processes

Electronics manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong soldering and assembly skills from a similar environment will also be considered.
