Job description for Electronics Buyer (Executive)
Key requirements
- Function: Supply Chain
- Experience: 27 years
- Education: B.Tech in Electronics (preferred)
- Must-have skills: Knowledge of active/passive electronic components such as ICs, capacitors, transistors, diodes, resistors, and PCBs (single, double, multi-layer)
- Good-to-have: Supply chain experience, negotiation, and vendor dealing
- Industry: IT company / electronic item manufacturer
- CTC: Up to 7 LPA
- Location: Udaipur, onsite, 6 days/week
- Working hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 AM for general shift (as shown in the image), Monday–Saturday
Job responsibilities
- End-to-end procurement of electronics components
- Spend analysis based on commodity and device-buying strategy
- Developing systems/processes for various commodity buying strategies
- Maintaining supplier relationships
- Developing new suppliers
- Inventory control
