Electronics Communication Engineer

About the role

HML Technologies and Services, Inc. is looking for a qualified and motivated Electronics Engineer (ECE) to join our project team. The role involves supervising and monitoring installation works for electronics and auxiliary systems in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor installation works for electronics and auxiliary systems in accordance with approved plans and specifications
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, other engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and concerned project personnel regarding site requirements
• Process RFI/RFA/AFM and other documentations needed specialized on ECE.
• Quantification of BOQ items under ECE/Electronic scope.
• Review plans, shop drawings, material submittals, and other technical documents related to ECE works
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that installations comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards
• Assist in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation of installed systems
• Monitor work progress and promptly report site issues, discrepancies, and requirements that may affect project implementation
• Prepare and maintain necessary reports, inspection records, and other project documentation

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (BSECE)
• Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE) preferred
• At least One (1) to Two (2) years of relevant experience in construction projects, particularly in auxiliary/ELV systems
• Knowledgeable in FDAS, CCTV, structured cabling, data/communication systems, access control, and other auxiliary systems
• Able to read and interpret plans, technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Familiar with site coordination, inspections, testing and commissioning, and preparation of technical documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to be assigned full time in Baguio City
