About the role

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation is seeking an Electronics Communications Engineer to join our engineering team in Davao City. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining our communications systems and electronic infrastructure. As an Electronics Communications Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency and optimal performance of our telecommunications and electronic communication networks. What you'll be doing

• Design and develop electronic communications systems and components, including circuit design, signal processing, and systems integration
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for new communications projects and infrastructure upgrades
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of communications equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and develop solutions that meet client specifications
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including system specifications, design reports, and maintenance procedures
• Monitor telecommunications networks and communications infrastructure for potential issues and implement preventative measures
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to support network planning and expansion initiatives
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in electronics and communications engineering
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or equivalent professional certification in electronics or communications engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in electronics communications engineering or telecommunications systems
• Strong knowledge of communications systems, signal processing, RF engineering, and network architecture
• Proficiency with electrical design software, circuit simulation tools, and telecommunications testing equipment
• Solid understanding of telecommunications standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Preferred experience with specific technologies such as 5G networks, fibre optics, microwave communications, or network infrastructure
