Electronics Components Purchasing Manager

• Develop sourcing strategies and identify and develop domestic and international suppliers of electronic components.
• Directly manage the procurement of ICs, PCBs/PCBAs, capacitors, resistors, connectors, relays, sensors, modules, cables, and other electronic components.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead times, payment terms, quality standards, and contract terms with suppliers.
• Manage procurement plans, delivery schedules, product quality, and the resolution of any arising issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and QA teams on sourcing, sample evaluation, and new component development.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives (Cost Down), conduct price benchmarking, and develop alternative suppliers.
• Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance for imported components.
• Manage the purchasing team, allocate KPIs, and provide staff training and development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience, including experience in a Purchasing Manager or Head of Purchasing role.
• Direct experience in electronic component procurement is preferred.
• An established network of electronic component suppliers in Vietnam and China is an advantage.
• Strong capabilities in price negotiation, supplier development, cost reduction, and supply chain management.
