Position Overview

We are looking for an Electronics Design & Embedded Firmware Engineer responsible for electronic hardware development, PCB design, embedded firmware development, prototyping, testing, and system integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PIC and STM32 microcontrollers, KiCad PCB design, and practical electrical wiring and control-panel work.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, and debug electronic hardware for new and existing products.

· Develop embedded firmware for PIC and STM32 microcontrollers using C/C++.

· Design complete electronic circuits including power supplies, drivers, sensor interfaces, communication interfaces, and control circuits.

· Create schematic diagrams and multilayer/single-layer PCB layouts using KiCad.

· Generate PCB manufacturing files, BOMs, assembly documentation, and design documentation.

· Perform PCB bring-up, hardware debugging, fault finding, and design validation using laboratory equipment.

· Work with common communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, RS485/Modbus, CAN, and Ethernet where required.

· Read and prepare electrical schematics and perform practical electrical wiring for control panels and machines.

· Support prototype assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and transition of designs to production.

· Collaborate with mechanical, software, production, and project teams to integrate electronics into complete systems.

· Prepare technical reports, test procedures, wiring diagrams, and other engineering documentation.

· Visit installation or project sites when required for commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration.

Required Technical Skills

· Strong hands-on experience in electronics circuit design and hardware development.

· Practical embedded firmware development experience with PIC and STM32 microcontrollers.

· Good proficiency in Embedded C/C++; knowledge of RTOS is an advantage.

· PCB schematic capture and layout experience using KiCad.

· Understanding of PCB design practices including component placement, routing, grounding, power distribution, EMC/EMI considerations, and design-for-manufacturing.

· Experience with digital and analog electronics, ADC/DAC, PWM, timers, interrupts, sensors, and actuator control.

· Practical knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, contactors, relays, MCBs/RCCBs, fuses, terminal blocks, and basic electrical protection.

· Ability to read and prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

· Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and other electronics test equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.

· 1-2 years of relevant experience in electronics hardware and embedded firmware development.

· Experience with PCB prototyping, rework/soldering, and hardware troubleshooting.

· Knowledge of IoT, wireless communication, Ethernet, MQTT, or cloud-connected embedded systems.

· Ability to work independently from concept and schematic through prototype, testing, and deployment.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
