Electronics Design Engineer – Embedded Hardware & PCB Design

About the Role

Novixpert Tech India Private Limited is looking for a motivated Electronics Design Engineer to contribute to embedded hardware development, electronic circuit design, and PCB layout. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and interns with a strong foundation in electronics and practical exposure to PCB design tools through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing electronic circuits and developing PCB layouts for embedded hardware systems.
• Create and modify circuit schematics and PCB designs using electronic design automation (EDA) software.
• Select suitable electronic components based on project requirements and component datasheets.
• Support hardware prototyping, assembly, testing, and debugging.
• Work with microcontrollers, sensors, connectors, and communication interfaces as required by the project.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware and circuit-level issues.
• Maintain circuit schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), PCB design files, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with embedded software and other engineering team members to integrate and validate hardware.
• Incorporate feedback and make design improvements based on testing results.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Understanding of electronic circuit schematics and PCB design principles.
• Hands-on familiarity with at least one PCB design tool, such as KiCad, Altium Designer, or Cadence.
• Ability to create or modify PCB layouts using the relevant design software.
• Familiarity with electronic components, datasheets, and component selection.
• Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with the engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Academic projects, internships, or personal projects involving PCB design or embedded hardware.
• Exposure to hardware prototyping, soldering, multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other electronics testing equipment.
• Familiarity with microcontroller platforms such as STM32 or ESP32.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
