🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Test Product Engineer (TPE) Position

• Support and manage production line activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform and support product transfer and release to mass production.
• Manage hardware-related activities, including repair, firmware revision, preventive maintenance, and sustaining.
• Debug and troubleshoot Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) to support production release and resolve issues.
• Investigate root causes of QA failures and drive solutions to meet weekly throughput targets.
• Drive yield improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Units (BU) to analyze low-yield issues and implement product improvement solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in completing their tasks.

1. Test Development Engineer (TDE) Position

• Develop and Implement Test Solutions: Design, develop, and validate test plans, programs, and hardware to ensure product functionality and performance.
• Circuit Theory Application: Apply circuit theory and design principles to create robust, high-performance test solutions for ICs.
• Collaborate for Optimization: Work closely with design engineers to integrate Design-for-Test (DfT), Built-in Self-Test (BIST), and other testability features to optimize test time, ensure testability, and improve overall product quality.
• Automated Test Program Development: Create and refine automated test programs to streamline testing processes and improve data accuracy.
• **Data-Driven Problem Solving:**Analyze test data to identify trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure high product performance and reliability.
• Experimental Verification and Validation: Design and execute experiments to verify IC functionality and validate test methodologies and solutions, ensuring alignment with product specifications.
• Global Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional engineering teams worldwide to deliver critical milestones and drive technical execution during new product development cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in electronics/electrical engineering (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of analog/digital circuit design and embedded systems.
• Experience with tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or similar PCB design software is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is preferred.
• Passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
