Electronics Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic circuits and PCBs.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs and manufacturing files.
• Perform PCB bring-up, testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Select and integrate sensors, components and electronic interfaces.
• Develop instrumentation and test setups for motors and controllers.
• Work with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analysers and DAQ systems.
• Support motor-controller electronics integration and system-level testing.
• Work with CAN, Hall sensors, encoders and other communication interfaces.
• Analyse test data and troubleshoot electronics/instrumentation issues.
• Coordinate with PCB/PCBA vendors for fabrication and assembly.
• Maintain design revisions, technical documentation and test records.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Testing, Production and Controller teams.
• Support prototype development, product validation and field testing.
• Improve electronics design, instrumentation accuracy and test systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation, Electrical or related field.
• 25 years of experience in electronics, PCB design, instrumentation or product development.
• Strong hands-on experience in PCB designing, schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Experience in PCB bring-up, testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of analog & digital electronics, components and circuit design.
• Knowledge of sensors, instrumentation and measurement systems.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyser and DAQ systems.
• Knowledge of CAN, Hall sensors, encoders and communication interfaces.
• Experience with Altium, KiCad, Eagle or similar PCB design tools is preferred.
• Exposure to motors, controllers, EVs, power electronics or automotive electronics is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, technical documentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on, curious and willing to work across design, testing and product development.
