Electronics Engineer

A Senior Electronics Engineer leads the design, development, and testing of complex electronic systems and components. They bridge high-level product requirements and manufacturing, oversee the complete hardware lifecycle, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and provide technical mentorship to junior team members. • System Design: Define system and electronics architecture based on customer and product requirements.
• Circuit Design: Create schematics and perform layout for analog, digital, and mixed-signal Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
• Simulation: Use SPICE and other simulation tools to evaluate circuit performance before prototyping. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

2. Prototyping, Testing & Validation

• Bring-up & Debugging: Perform hands-on board bring-up, testing, and root-cause analysis of hardware issues.
• Compliance: Conduct testing for EMI/EMC, safety, and reliability to meet industry standards (e.g., UL, IEC, CE).
• Firmware Integration: Work alongside firmware/software engineers to integrate interfaces (e.g., SPI, I²C, CAN, LoRa) and ensure seamless hardware-software performance. [1, 2, 3, 4]

3. Industrialization & Manufacturing

• Design for Excellence (DfX): Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability (DfM), cost (DfC), and reliability (DfR).
• Documentation: Create Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, and comprehensive technical documentation for production.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve quality and supply chain issues. [1, 2, 3]

4. Leadership & Project Management

• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, code/design reviews, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Project Oversight: Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, budgets, and hardware-software interfaces

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
