Electronics Engineer

About the role

Dexon Technology Public Company Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team. In this full-time role based in Rayong, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced electronic systems for intelligent pipeline inspection equipment. You will lead prototype assembly and validation, oversee PCB design and embedded system development, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with suppliers and technicians to ensure product quality and compliance with relevant standards. This role also offers the opportunity to research innovative technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our intelligent inspection systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design electronics systems for intelligent pipeline inspection equipment
• Prepare design documentation packages and coordinate with suppliers on parts sourcing and production
• Assemble and validate prototypes, then present results
• Investigate technical issues, create reports, and present findings
• Ensure design output complies with electronics standards and requirements
• Research innovative technologies to improve intelligent pipeline inspection systems or related equipment
• Generate conceptual designs of electronics systems
• Supervise technicians in testing and validating prototype results

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing complex products, robotics, or intelligent systems
• Good hand-eye soldering skills (SMD package, BGA rework)
• Familiar with embedded systems, ST & ARM Controller, and basic knowledge of FPGA
• Expertise in PCB design (Altium PCB Designer preferred)
• Knowledge of PCB fabrication and PCBA process requirements
• Fluent in English communication (TOEIC score is a plus)
• Good knowledge of robot vision, autonomous systems, and control
• Ability to analyze complex structures of mechatronics systems
• Experience in sensor system technology and high-speed data management
