Electronics Engineer | No Experience Required [DAPH]

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Working Location: One North

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the UK R&D team to define hardware specifications and ensure alignment with design standards
• Lead the end-to-end design of complex electronic systems, including multi-layer PCB development
• Develop detailed schematics, select components, and oversee circuit layout for high-performance hardware
• Conduct simulations, validation testing, and analysis to ensure system reliability, safety, and performance
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and maintain high quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Support the Singapore MD and Technical Sales team with engineering documentation, technical insights, and project reporting
• Apply EMC/EMI best practices from concept through to final product design
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure seamless hardware and firmware integration (C/C++), while leveraging expertise in high-speed, analog, and microprocessor-based designs

Requirements:

• Strong experience in electronics design focusing on multi -layer PCB development.
• Proficiency with schematic capture, circuit layout, and component selection on.
• Proficiency in using Altium Designer for schematic capture, PCB layout, library management, and preparing designs for manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with simulation, testing, and hardware validate on workflows.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex hardware issues.
• Solid understanding of EMC/EMI considerations in electronic design.
• Expertise in analog and high-speed circuitry, microprocessor-based design, and ARM/RISC systems.
• Working knowledge of C and C++ for embedded development and integration on.
• Experience with Industrial Control Systems and OT Technology (Serial, Modbus, CANBus) is highly desired
• Experience with cybersecurity-focused or industrial/OT-focused electronics is preferred.
• Knowledge of defence-sector hardware practices is a bonus, though not required.
