Electronics Engineer/Technician

About the role

Access Protocol is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer/Technician to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a variety of Nurse Call systems and associated equipment.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cutting-edge technology solutions for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Install, configure, and maintain a range of Nurse call systems and integrated equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic systems, identifying and resolving problems efficiently
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on installed systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely completion of installations
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or Engineer
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of electronic systems
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification or diploma in Electronics, Electrical or a related field is mandatory
