What they need
Position Overview
Directs design, integration, and commissioning oversight for Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) networks, Building Management Systems (BMS), security control, AV, and ICT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Review specifications and drawings for BMS, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, audio-visual, and public address systems.
- Ensure seamless integration between new system installations and existing campus network/security architecture.
- Supervise cable testing (OTDR/copper testing), device configuration, point-to-point BMS checks, and system handovers.
- Coordinate directly with corporate IT and security units regarding interface points and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering.
- Licensure/Certifications: Active PRC Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) or Electronics Engineer (ECE) License. BICSI RCDD or OEM BMS certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in ELV and ICT infrastructure execution in complex facilities.
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
