What they need

Lead a technical team of engineers, technicians, and shop-floor operators to achieve target production metrics.
Required Candidate profile
Experience in electronic component manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. High proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA software, and electrical control panels.
